Canada Goose Holdings said Wednesday that it was promoting Neil Bowden to chief financial officer as current finance chief Jonathan Sinclair moves to run the luxury clothing company’s important Asia Pacific operations.
Bowden, currently deputy CFO and in charge of the global finance team at Canada Goose, has been with the Canadian company for more than seven years and played a key part during its initial public offering. He is set to step into the CFO position effective April 1, when Sinclair becomes president for the APACregion.
Canada Goose said Larry Li, currently president of Mainland China, has been named chief operating officer for APAC, effective Jan. 1. A search for a new Mainland China president is already underway, it said.
